
To enhance the interface for Teamwork Desk's hybrid-mobile app. The focus was to improve the usability and accessibility of the tickets page within the app and focus on the needs of mobile users.
During my internship at Teamwork, I collaborated with the Desk (help desk) mobile team to enhance the UX and UI of our hybrid mobile app. My primary area of focus was the tickets section, where I concentrated on refining the rich text editor and optimizing the scrolling tab bar. My primary objective was to create a more user-friendly interface that reduces visual complexity, enhances touch targets, and maximizes screen space for improved usability.
